Refinement of our Training Package

Our existing training programme has recently been revamped and we thought we would take this opportunity to inform you of some of the changes and which may be of interest to your organisation. In the past our previous programme was generic focusing on training the end user. This did not necessarily cater for the specific training needs of those with managerial responsibility.

As a result managers, respondents and others had little or no knowledge of how to maximise the benefits of the system and take the most appropriate course of action in an emergency. We trust that some or all of the 4 initiatives below are of interest and look forward to seeing you at the new sessions.

Manager Workshop

This workshop ensures all levels of management know how Guardian24 works and are able to facilitate the smooth implementation of the system.
