These courses ensure senior management understand and adopt the same policy and procedure throughout your organisation, enabling them to effectively encourage the proactive use of Guardian24’s leading technology.
It will also cover how to manage users, protocols and reporting information, therefore covering any legal obligations and duty of care.
Train the Trainer
Guardian24 will design bespoke “Train the Trainer” courses to build on your existing internal training resource, helping support your Lone Working Policy and Procedures. Internal trainers will be guided through all aspects of the Guardian24 Lone Worker Support Services, Management Tools and Devices and will be provided with the necessary tools and materials required to effectively cascade training out internally.
End User
This course advises staff of their personal responsibility for health and safety when Lone Working, in line with the organisations Lone Worker Policy. Guardian24 will become part of their standard working procedure, incorporating Personal Risk Assessment techniques.
