When implementing a robust Lone Worker policy it is vital that the deployed solution provides the flexibility to define appropriate response protocols for each department, team or employee within your organisation.


Guardian24 has been developed with this in mind and you have full freedom to define appropriate response protocols as needed.

You can setup one set of protocols for Guardian24 for 'Alert calls' and another set of protocols for 'Over Run Activities'.
 
You may choose internal points of contact - Managers, On Call Staff etc for 'Over Run Activities.' 

You may choose one of our dedicated 3rd Party Emergency Response Centre for 'Alert Calls.'


You can tailor the response protocols per person, group, department or organisation.

We will work with you and advise on the appropriate response to suit.

 

Guardian24 Premium ARC for all Alert Calls

Guardian24 work in partnership with a number of dedicated  Alarm Receiving Centres. One of our major partners is Securitas, one of the world’s largest security providers.

Alerts are handled by trained Securitas staff within the UK at one of their Alarm Receiving Centres.

This cover extends 24/7/365 with full backup cover. Securitas are accredited to the highest UK standards (Category 2 ERC, Gold NSIA), with all security personnel trained to assess, listen live and respond on behalf of your workers, following the correct protocol to resolve any incidents which might occur.
