Guardian24 is working with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Northern Ireland to support its ‘Staying Safe – Your Personal Safety Comes First’ event held on 5th October 2011 in Belfast.
The event, which is one in a series of six autumn seminars being held by CIH Northern Ireland aiming to improve practice in the housing sector, will help housing professionals manage personal safety and lone working issues.
Nicole Vazquez, a training consultant specialising in personal safety, from the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, an organisation which aims to highlight the risks people face and to offer advice, action and support to minimise those risks, will lead the session.
Guardian24’s CEO, Jim Irving, will also speak at the event sharing his insights into lone worker safety in the housing sector, and discussing some of the innovative technologies now available which not only help to keep staff safe, but also help drive efficiency savings within organisations.
Jim Irving said: “We are delighted to be working alongside The Chartered Institute of Housing Northern Ireland and the Suzy Lamplugh Trust around this event, which will help housing professionals to better understand their personal safety and the risks facing lone workers.”
